What to Bring
Packing light is key! Usually, a single carry-on bag is plenty for your 2 to 3-day stay. You can use this interactive list to check items off as you pack.
Clothing
Focus on loose, soft fabrics that won't rub against your healing incisions.
Toiletries
Travel-sized items are perfect. We provide basic amenities, but bringing your own ensures comfort.

Bringing a Companion?
Having someone with you can be very comforting. If you are traveling with a companion, make sure they are prepared too!
- Snacks & Tea: Bring snacks or their favorite tea/coffee for the hotel/hospital room, as they will be eating normal meals while you fast.
- Entertainment: A good book, iPad, or downloaded movies to pass the time while you rest.
- Comfortable Sleepwear: They will likely be sleeping on a hospital recliner or sofa bed during your stay.
What to Leave Behind

Valuables & Expensive Jewelry Leave wedding rings, expensive watches, and large amounts of cash safely at home. You will be asked to remove jewelry before surgery anyway.

Heavy, Bulky Luggage Remember you will be recovering from abdominal surgery. A large, heavy suitcase will be difficult for you to manage. Keep it light!

Tight Clothing or Belts Jeans with buttons or tight waistbands will irritate your healing abdomen. Stick to drawstrings and elastic.
Getting Here
You will fly into San Diego International Airport (SAN). Our private driver will pick you up directly from the airport and transport you to Centro Médico Premier in Tijuana — just minutes from the border. You may bring one companion who will stay with you throughout.

A $500 deposit is required within 7 days of scheduling your surgery date.
The deposit is non-refundable but transferable (with minimum 6 weeks' notice).
Balance is due in cash on the day of surgery, or financed through an approved medical loan company.
Always include your Name, Procedure, and Surgery Date in the payment memo.
Send proof of payment (screenshot) to your coordinator immediately.
